A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m.
on Saturday, January 27, 2018 in Griswold Street Baptist Church. Dr. Timothy North will officiate. Visitation will begin at
10:00 AM. A luncheon will follow the memorial service.
Dale will be interred in Allied Veterans Cemetery, Port Huron, January 26, 2017 with close family in attendance.

Dale Martin Jurk, 72, of Port Huron, died Friday, December 22, 2017.
He was born January 16, 1945 in Flint to the late Henry and Annabelle Jurk. He married Judy Menerey on June 17, 1967 in Port Huron.
Mr. Jurk was self-employed as a furniture maker. He was a 1963 graduate of Port Huron High School and served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of Griswold Street Baptist Church and Port Huron Police - Volunteers in Policing (VIPs).
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Judy; two children, David Jurk and Wendy (Chris) Collins; six grandchildren, Dakota, Dalton Collins and Ethan, Evan, Emily and Eli Jurk; a great granddaughter, Clara Parker; and three siblings, Elizabeth (Jack) Mazure, Stan (Gail) Jurk and Teena (Michael) Kay. He was preceded in death by a brother, Stephen Jurk.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Griswold Street Baptist Church. Dr. Timothy North will officiate.

DETROIT -- Dale Martin Jurk, 72, of Port Huron, died Friday, December 22, 2017, in
St. John's Hospital, Detroit, from complications following a fall at home. He was married to and is
survived by classmate Judy Menerey. Details for a funeral/memorial are incomplete and will follow after
the Christmas holiday.
