Dinner:		NO CATERING SERVICES — Please bring food and drinks for your personal use.
Seating:		You might want to bring comfortable chairs for outdoor sitting.
Cost:		NO COST — Donations will be accepted.

5:30 PM	—	CLEAN UP BEGINS. Although the picnic officially ends at 6:00 PM, it is imparitive, signs, banners and all picnic extras are removed by 6:00 P.M. to not incur additional rental costs.
